Litigation Paralegal
Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. Prior experience in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice is highly desired.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare initial discovery and pleading documents
- Coordinate discovery and trial documents
- Assist with all aspects of trial preparation
- Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records is highly desired
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Handle strict deadlines and multiple tasks with great detail
- Professionalism in dealing with clients
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience:
- Litigation Paralegal: 3 years (Required)
- Med Mal Paralegal: 3 years (Preferred)
An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and organized, while also having excellent communication and writing skills.
This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska and is not a virtual position.
