Position Description:

-Support attorneys in probate and estate administration
-Manages the progression of client matters.
-Draft legal documents and manage case files
-Communicate with clients during sensitive transitions
-Help families find peace of mind through precision and care
-Drafts client correspondence.
-Reviews and analyzes matters to prepare matter evaluations and status reports to clients.
-Drafts legal documents for attorney review, including, as applicable, entity documents, estate plans, court pleadings and filings, and submissions to state and federal agencies.
-Ability to prepare initial drafts of Federal Tax Returns and Inheritance Tax Worksheets.
